Bareboat Charter Agreement

Must be signed before departure. A $400 deposit via Stripe is required first.

1. Bareboat Charter

You (the Charterer) are leasing the vessel only. This is not a crewed charter. 305 Yacht Charters does not provide a captain or crew.

2. Captain & Crew

You are solely responsible for selecting, hiring, and paying a qualified, USCG-licensed captain and any crew. 305 Yacht Charters may provide a referral list of independent captains but by federal law does not assign, recommend, or employ any captain.

3. Charterer Responsibility

As Charterer, you assume full control, command, and responsibility for the vessel, all passengers, and all operations during the charter period from check-in to check-out.

4. ID Required

Government-issued photo ID required at check-in. Charterer must be 18 years or older. Send a photo of your ID via text to (321) 221-5973 prior to your charter.

5. Safety & Conduct

No illegal activity. Passenger count cannot exceed the vessel's posted capacity. Life jackets are provided and must be worn when underway. No glass bottles. Shoes must be removed before boarding.

6. Damage & Liability

Charterer is financially responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required during the charter period. A security hold may be placed prior to departure.

7. Weather & Cancellation

Weather cancellations are at the captain's discretion. See full terms for our cancellation and refund policy.

8. Acknowledgment

By submitting this agreement, you acknowledge you have read, understand, and accept all terms of this Bareboat Charter Agreement.
